Physical Products (Goods)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

the item must be unused and in its original packaging
the item must be returned within 14 days

goods unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons
perishable goods
items inseparably mixed with other goods
