This policy applies to both physical products and digital products/services.

1. Physical Products (Goods)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning

• the item must be in its original packaging

• the item must be returned within 14 days

• the return must be approved by us before sending the item back

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its original condition.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• personalized or custom-made items

• goods unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons (including worn sportswear)

• perishable goods

• items inseparably mixed with other goods

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• provide clear photo evidence

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds (Physical Products)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

2. Digital Products and Services

Digital products include online programs, courses, and downloadable content.

Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• access to the product may be provided immediately after purchase

• you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content

• you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the product has been granted

This is in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved

• duplicate payments

• billing errors
