Hi, I'm Aiguste

I help women 35+ feel stronger, more energised and genuinely at home in their bodies - through movement that's realistic, structured and built to last.

I know what it feels like to do everything you're supposed to do and still feel like your body isn't responding. I've been there. After years of training, running marathons, teaching yoga across three countries - and then closing my studio when I became a mother - I had to rebuild completely. Not from zero. But from a very different place.

That experience changed how I think about movement, recovery and what women at this stage actually need.

After 35, something shifts. And nobody really prepares you for it.

Through years of teaching and working with women from very different backgrounds, I started noticing the same thing, over and over. Fatigue that sleep doesn't fix. Strength that quietly disappears. A body that feels unfamiliar. Changes that are completely natural - but that most fitness advice doesn't account for at all.

The standard answer - train harder, eat less, push through - doesn't work for a woman's body at this stage. Often it makes things worse.

The pattern I kept seeing

Women don't need more pressure. They need better structure, the right kind of movement, and an approach that actually fits their life.

Where the method comes from

I've been teaching yoga since 2017 - in Lithuania, across the UK, and through training in India, Greece and London. I founded and ran a studio, AI|YOGA. I've completed marathons in Berlin, Stockholm and Bristol–Bath. I've had three foot operations and been told to stop training completely.

Each of those experiences taught me something the theory alone never could. The marathons taught me what discipline and consistency do to a body over time. The surgeries taught me what recovery actually looks like - and how much we underestimate rest. Becoming a mother, closing the studio, rebuilding - that taught me how to start again with less time, less energy, and higher stakes.

My background in leadership and habit-building shaped the rest. I've always been more interested in systems than motivation - because motivation runs out, and systems don't.

My background

Your body doesn't need to be pushed.
It needs to be understood.

Understand your body
first

Before changing anything, you need to see the full picture. My 8-pillar assessment looks at energy, hormones, strength, movement, nutrition, mindset and more - because one area affects all the others.

My APPROACH

Build strength - not
exhaustion

Strength is the foundation of longevity, especially after 35. I use progressive, sustainable training - not extreme workouts that spike your cortisol and leave you more depleted than when you started.

Structure that fits your
actual life

You have a career, a family, responsibilities. Every programme I create is designed to work inside a busy life - not replace it. Simple, consistent actions over perfect ones you can't sustain.

What Strength & Longevity 35+ is built on

Movement from yoga - quality, awareness, sustainability

THE METHOD

Strength-focused principles - progressive, effective, not extreme
Simple daily structure - systems that outlast motivation

Everything I teach brings three things together - because in my experience, none of them work properly without the others.

This became the foundation of my 8-pillar method - a complete framework covering energy, body composition, hormones, nutrition, strength, movement, mindset and longevity. Because your body is connected, and one area affects all the others.
