Hi, I'm Aiguste

I help women 35+ feel stronger, more energised and at home in their bodies — through simple, realistic movement and structure.

For many years, I’ve worked in the field of movement and yoga,
helping people reconnect with their bodies and better understand how they move.

Through teaching and working with women from different backgrounds, I began noticing a clear pattern:

  • After 35, many women start experiencing
    fatigue, stiffness, loss of strength and changes in their body.

These changes are natural - but the way we’re told to deal with them often isn’t.

This is where my approach changed

I realised that women don’t need more pressure.

They need:

✔ better structure
✔ the right type of movement
✔ a realistic approach that fits their life

My experience

My background combines both structured training and mindful movement.

I have completed marathons in Berlin, Stockholm and Bristol–Bath,
which gave me a deep understanding of discipline, consistency and how the body adapts over time.

At the same time, my work in yoga has focused on
movement quality, awareness and long-term sustainability.

This combination shaped how I approach training today:

✔ not extreme

✔ but effective and sustainable

My background

I have been teaching yoga since 2017,
working with students in both Lithuania and the United Kingdom.

My experience includes:

  • teaching classes and workshops

  • creating personalised movement sequences

  • managing and running a yoga studio AI|YOGA

  • writing about movement and wellbeing

  • collaborating with the global yoga brand Manduka

Beyond movement

Alongside my work in movement,
I’ve also worked in leadership roles — helping people grow and build sustainable habits.

This shaped my approach:

  • not motivation

  • but structure and consistency

Credentials

Aiguste Karaliunaite is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level, and holds additional certifications including RPYT and YACEP.

Training has been completed across multiple countries and educational settings, supporting a broad and methodical understanding of yoga practice and teaching.
